Terms of service
These terms set out the general rules for using Qrela. Effective date: 16 August 2026.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Qrela, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. WISERBIT DOT COM provides QR code creation, management, hosted experiences, scan reporting, and related account features through Qrela.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You must use Qrela lawfully and must not create or distribute QR content, destinations, or campaigns that are unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or intended to interfere with the service or other people.
You retain responsibility for the content, links, landing pages, and other materials connected to your QR codes. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that material and that your destinations are accurate and appropriate for your intended audience.
Paid features, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are presented at checkout or in the applicable plan information. WISERBIT DOT COM may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features where permitted by law, and will provide notice where required.
Qrela is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WISERBIT DOT COM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using Qrela at any time. WISERBIT DOT COM may suspend or terminate access where there is a breach of these Terms, a security risk, or another lawful reason. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts located in Jerusalem, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
